1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website and availing our IT services including DevOps consulting, cloud migration, software development, infrastructure automation, and support services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services Offered

Great Big Infotech Solutions provides IT services including but not limited to:

  • • Cloud Infrastructure Setup
  • • DevOps Consulting
  • • CI/CD Pipeline Automation
  • • Kubernetes / EKS / Docker Services
  • • Application Deployment & Monitoring
  • • Website & Software Development

3. Client Responsibilities

The client shall provide all necessary access, credentials, project requirements, and approvals required for successful service delivery. Delays caused by incomplete information shall not be the responsibility of the service provider.

4. Payments & Invoices

All payments shall be made in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise agreed in writing. Project invoices must be paid within the agreed timeline mentioned in the quotation, invoice, or service agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of deliverables specifically created for the client shall be transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed. Pre-existing tools, templates, frameworks, and proprietary systems remain the intellectual property of the company.

6. Data Security & Confidentiality

We maintain confidentiality of all client data, credentials, and infrastructure information as per applicable Indian laws including the Information Technology Act, 2000.

7. Limitation of Liability

The company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or loss of profit arising from service interruptions, third-party provider failures, or force majeure events.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India, including the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and the Information Technology Act, 2000. Electronic agreements and digital acceptance shall remain legally valid under Section 10A of the IT Act.

9. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bhavnagar, Gujarat, India.
